What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package has been shipped.

Can I change my order?
You may request changes before your order has been processed for shipping. Once your order is marked as preparing for shipping, shipped, or delivered, we are unable to make any modifications.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through:

Which currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are processed in USD. If your card uses another currency, your bank will apply its own conversion rate.

Do you offer installment payment options?
Yes, we accept 3-times installment payments

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North & Central America, Europe, and Oceania.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Processing time is 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 7–13 business days, depending on your location and local customs.

How can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

What if I am not home when delivery is attempted?
If you are not available, the carrier may attempt delivery the next day or contact you to arrange a new delivery date. In some cases, your package may be held at your local post office or delivery center for pickup.

Important Note: Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
